Mac-a-doodle Review and Giveaway

Mac-a-doodle diapers are made by Gretchn, a stay at home mom of 3 kids that loves to sew diaper and accessories that are oh so cute!
 
This diaper fits lower on hips so it prevents drooping and provides a snug fit. I had no problem getting a good fit on his thin thighs but Gretchen also said it is a great fit on her chunky monkey. Her OS diapers fit up to 25 lbs. My little one is 17 lbs and it fits well but I don't know if it would fit him to 25 lbs because he is so long waisted.
 
This AI2 is very soft even after several washes, and it still looks new. I love the snap-in soakers that can be used together for heavy wetters. I always use both, I love a fluffy bum! Gretchen will also be offering trifold flat snap in inserts in her shop this year, and has included one for the winner.
 
The diaper has hidden PUL and I am glad to say that I did not have wicking issues that sometimes happen with hidden PUL. As a matter of fact he wore the diaper for 3 hours in his car seat and his clothing was not damp (granted he is not an extreme wetter). My little guy even wore the diaper for a nap and woke dry. I did not try this diaper over night because I love to see him running around during the day in the cute car print and because I usually use diapers that I can doulbe stuff for extra protection.
 
Mac-a-doodle diapers have inner gussets to help hold in the messes and they work wonderfully, believe me he sure tried them out. There is a single row of snaps to close the diaper, and 3 rise options for better fit.
 
Mac-a-doodle has offered a car print AI2 with orange snaps with snap in soaker and trifold snap in insert as well.
