I couldn't believe how vibrant the color was on the diaper I received! That was my first impression! SmartiPants does a wonderful job with the colors on their diapers. They also have an amazing selection of colors to choose from! Not only that...they are just so reasonably priced to where can you say no???I love that this diaper has double openings! This makes it so that the insert works it's own way out in the wash and you don't have to pull out that wet insert! I love love love this. Not only is it easy, but it is a huge time saver!
This diaper is a one size diaper that gives a great fit. Some one sized diapers don't have the same great fit that sized diapers have, but there is no going wrong with this one sized diaper. It fits both my boys! And it is SO easy to adjust the sizes because the insert doesn't need to be changed sizes either...so it is just snap and go! It is definitely the diaper I grab to put in the diaper bag because I am not sure who will need diapers and who will not when we go out.

I like that the inserts coming out of the diaper in the wash worked for you! I've been nervous to try that with the ones we have but I like to see that it worked for you so I'll give it a try!

ReplyDeleteThat is something that I wouldn't have thought about before reading this review. I am going to look for that feature in other diapers now as well as this brand.

ReplyDeleteProduct seems good but the service is non-existant. They don't have a support that I can reach or a forum where I can post. I had a hard time ordering from them. Turns out their website had a bug. Seems funny how they can have a business where you can't order from a website for few days and they are OK with it.
When my order did get here (after a week), it was missing diapers! I emailed them on Friday at noon (PST) but haven't heard from them yet. I've emailed them again and now trying facebook. After spending ~$500, I am frustrated. I wouldn't recommend these guys as they are just not equipped to support customers appropriately. I am waiting couple of days and going to file complaint with the credit card company next.
Lastly, warranty is short.
The small tags says they only warranty their product for 60 days. (We guarantee 2 years on snaps, 60 days on elastic and materials, and 60 days on sewing and workmanship.) Bum Genius warranties their product for a year.
