Cherry Blossom Babies Review and Giveaway

Today I am going to review an AI2 diaper from Cherry Blossom Babies.

Cherry Blossom Babies is a WAHM shop on Hyena Cart.  She makes some wonderful, must see diapers!  

Here is what Kelly has to say about her diapers:
They are OS AI2s, they have a fold down rise for sizing and a Lay in trifold soaker. My soakers have a top layer of bamboo velour and then two layers of either cotton-hemp French terry or bamboo French terry.


I am reviewing today this amazingly adorable penguin print AI2 diaper with a lay in soaker.  I was SO excited to see this print in the list of prints that Kelly offers because it is just so cute!  I LOVE LOVE LOVE this pattern so much that both my boy's have matching jammies made out of it!  Not only that, it is snuggle flannel.  Snuggle flannel is so soft on the outside instead of the PUL (which sometimes is very scratchy).  Not only is the outside soft, but the inside is super soft too!  This diaper is just amazingly soft everywhere.


I love that these diapers have a fold down rise.  To me, this is a great thing to have because it takes away all the snaps on the front.  I think it makes the diaper look so much better!  It also makes it MUCH less confusing for the first time cloth diapering mama.  I wish I knew about these when I first started to be honest.


Now, let's talk about that fit!  These diapers hug my son's legs and belly perfectly!!!!!  Now, that is the key to an amazing diaper!


The first time I decided to try this diaper out was for nap.  I was a little leery, but knowing what it is made out of, I was pretty sure that it would work great.  And, of course, I was right.  There was no leaks with this diaper or anything!   Actually, to be completely honest, I believe that it would work overnight just fine as well!

Also, for bamboo/cotton/hemp diapers, this diaper is at a great price!  I am just learning about how amazing bamboo is and wish it was more main-stream when I first started.  Bamboo is like the super amazing soaker item there is.  Hemp is just as great!  So, really, Kelly knows her diapers!

    After visiting her shop, I learned that she uses Zorb in some of her diapers. I'm really curious about this super-absorbent fabric!

    I learned that she has tons of cute fabrics to choose from and you don't see the fold down top very much, that's kind of neat.

    She sells sized and one size AI2 diapers along with cloth menstrual products. I love her fabrics!

    they are made up of 3 layers and the layer of PUL is breathable and also water proof
